I'm Vicky, a person in constant evolution, and I'm going to share a little bit of my multifaceted journey with you.
Since I was a child, my heart has always been full of dreams and varied passions. I've wanted to be a veterinarian, firefighter, police officer, biologist, fashion designer, forensic analyst, psychologist... The list is long! I remember asking for a microscope to study the invisible world because I am simply fascinated by science. I've studied the stars through a telescope and immersed myself in music with a guitar. But, above all, my love for drawing has always been unwavering. Having drawing materials in your hands is like a portal to a world of creativity.
However, when it came time to choose my college major, I decided I wanted a challenge that brought all of these passions together. And so, I embarked on the Digital Games journey, where I was able to explore psychology, drawing, artificial intelligence, mathematics, script creation, programming and much more.
But my thirst for knowledge didn’t stop there. The following year, I started an MBA in International Marketing. At that time, I was completely immersed in design, Photoshop and marketing strategies.
These days, my range of interests continues to expand. In addition to managing my personal Instagram, I dive into creative projects, such as @achadosnaespanha, where I share restaurant tips and interesting facts about Barcelona, and @_vicky_costa_, dedicated to drawings, photo editing and everything my mind comes up with.
In 2022, I made an important discovery about my gender identity and am now Vicky, a non-binary person. Feel free to call me "he" or "she" - both are welcome.
One passion that has never changed is my penchant for creating lists and solving problems. In 2018, I stumbled upon the area of data analysis and dove in head first. I took countless courses to specialize and today I love uncovering the secrets behind the numbers.
But don't think I'm just a "head in the clouds." I've already put in gutters, fixed outlets and even showers! I'm a practical person too.
My objective? Specialize in Machine Learning. I am currently studying Data Science to follow the path that will take me there.
